MONTANA NURSE AIDE CHALLENGE APPLICATION Application

NOTE:
This application is only to be used by candidates who have not previously taken the Montana Nurse Aide competency examination and who have not been entered into the TMU© database by their training program.  If needed, please call Headmaster at (800)393-8664 to check your status.
  • You are eligible to challenge if:
    • You have never taken the nurse aide exam in Montana
    • You have challenged the exam previously and passed
    • You have completed a training program and passed 
  •  If you do not pass your challenge, you will need to take a class through an approved nurse aide training program. 
INSTRUCTIONS: 
  1. Complete and Submit this Montana Nurse Aide Challenge Examination Application.
  2. Once approved, you will be sent an email with your Username and Temporary Password to sign in to your TMU© record.
  3. Please refer to the Montana Nurse Aide candidate handbook for instructions on Completing your Account, Self-Pay of Testing Fees, Scheduling your Test Event, and other important testing policies and updates.
Once you have completed all of the fields within this application, select “Send Application" to submit your application.
